Cyclone/etc.] When my opponent chain [Cyclone, etc.] in the activation of this card effect. The effect would be negated since [Cyclone] resolve first, [Sanctuary of Sky] is destroy, then to this card's effects resolve, without the field card, the effect is not activate.
